Availability
When to reach us
For guests staying with us, reception answers day and night: a day receptionist and a night receptionist take turns in our houses. Check-in is from 2 pm with no cut-off time, and check-out is by 11 am.
For owners and administrative questions, the easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or call either of our two numbers.

Our guesthouses and apartments in the Medina can be booked on The Landlord’s Medina page and on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda. For any question before you book — access, a late arrival, a pick-up from Tunis-Carthage airport — send us a WhatsApp message.
