The house
A dar with five rooms and suites
With five rooms and suites, Dar Zyne has more rooms than any of our other guesthouses in the Medina of Tunis. Each one has its own bathroom and air conditioning, which makes it a comfortable choice in every season, including the height of the Tunis summer.
In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served from 8 to 11 am. During the day, the reception team helps you find your way around the old city: where the souks are, how to reach the Zitouna Mosque, which taxi to take to the northern suburbs. At night, a night receptionist takes over.
With five rooms, Dar Zyne works just as well for a couple as for friends or a family who would like to book several rooms in the same house. For a group, send us your dates.

Getting to Dar Zyne
Access and arrival
Dar Zyne is in the Medina of Tunis. The old city is pedestrian: cars and taxis stop at its gates and you finish on foot through the lanes. We send you directions to the house before you arrive; pack luggage that is easy to carry.
Our driver can meet you at Tunis-Carthage airport and bring you to the house. Send us your flight number and arrival time in advance. Check-in is from 2 pm with no latest time: a night receptionist welcomes late flights.
For the coast, the TGM station is about a twenty-minute walk from Dar Zyne. This historic train runs along the Lake of Tunis to La Goulette, Carthage and Sidi Bou Saïd.
