Personal data
Forms. The forms on this website do not store any data on our servers. When you fill one in, it prepares a message in WhatsApp, which you are free to send or not. The information you send us this way (name, phone, area, property type) is used only to reply to you and assess your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and cookies. The website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If audience measurement is enabled, it works without cookies and produces only overall visit statistics, without identifying individual visitors. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Server logs. Like any hosting provider, Vercel may record technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed for the security and proper running of the service.
Bookings. When you book on a platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda or The Landlord), your data is processed by that platform under its own policy. For your stay, we process the information needed to welcome you and to meet our legal obligations, including registering guests with the authorities.
Data protection under Tunisian law
Personal data is processed in accordance with Organic Law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
